You can trust Gus will never charge you extra for anything unnecessary. In fact he goes above and beyond by offering detailed guidance over WhatsApp or on the phone. helping you handle what you can on your own.. He practically gave me a training session via WhatsApp. I full trust in his expertise and integrity. Highly recommended!

Super efficient diagnostic team
Exceptional service from Gus. He was promt and very knowledgeable. He did his test and found and repaired the leak in record time. He was still not happy with the way the Kreepy was performing so he continued to check until he found out what was causing the additional fault. I will highly recommend the use of Gus. He is super affordable and extremely reliable, honnest and knowledgeable.

Exceptional service from Gus. He was promt and very knowledgeable. He did his test and found and repaired the leak in record time. He was still not happy with the way the Kreepy was performing so he continued to check until he found out what was causing the additional fault. I will highly recommend the use of Gus. He is super affordable and extremely reliable, honnest and knowledgeable.

Excellent professional no **** business
I was very impressed with Gus! He arrived promptly, diagnosed the leak near the pool motor and repaired it professionally. He was honest and didn't try and **** me. A previous contractor had advised me that the leak was under my decking and they would need to lift the decking and break through the tiles below to get access to the leak. I definitely recommend using Gus for pool leaks!

Excellent professional no **** business
I was very impressed with Gus! He arrived promptly, diagnosed the leak near the pool motor and repaired it professionally. He was honest and didn't try and **** me. A previous contractor had advised me that the leak was under my decking and they would need to lift the decking and break through the tiles below to get access to the leak. I definitely recommend using Gus for pool leaks!

I was delighted by Gus' professionalism and efficiency! They truly impressed me. They quickly diagnosed and fixed two leaks in our pool plumbing, even going above and beyond to repair an irrigation pipe they discovered during the process. Not only did they fix the problems, but they also meticulously restored the surrounding areas: patching the cement and relaying the paving so flawlessly, you wouldn't know they'd been there! The entire experience was smooth and transparent - no hidden costs, no delays, just clean work and exceptional service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pool Diagnostics to anyone!

Genuine help
I had a problem with my pool, and phoned Gus. What an incredibly helpful person. Even tho I am outside of the area he serves, he took the time to talk me through the problem, made very helpful suggestions and gave me advice on how to proceed and flagged what to look out for when approaching others for assistance. I have seldom come across such humanity in dealing with service providers. Dr Gillian Attwood
