I was very impressed with Gus! He arrived promptly, diagnosed the leak near the pool motor and repaired it professionally. He was honest and didn't try and **** me. A previous contractor had advised me that the leak was under my decking and they would need to lift the decking and break through the tiles below to get access to the leak. I definitely recommend using Gus for pool leaks!
I reported my land line down on 26 October ref no. 90CRZ261015. To date I have had no response at all. I had the same problem on 18 September ref no 628CRK180915 and also had no response until I posted on Hello [URL Removed] Please can somebody from Telkom follow up.
On Friday 18 Sept 2015 I logged a fault for no service Ref No. 628CRK180915. Nothing was done and no communication from Telkom. On Saturday 19th received SMS saying the fault had been fixed but it was still down and nothing had been done. On Monday 21 September re-logged fault Ref No .128CRZ210915 and to date no service and line still down. Please can you escalate the problem.
