Super efficient diagnostic team
Exceptional service from Gus. He was promt and very knowledgeable. He did his test and found and repaired the leak in record time. He was still not happy with the way the Kreepy was performing so he continued to check until he found out what was causing the additional fault. I will highly recommend the use of Gus. He is super affordable and extremely reliable, honnest and knowledgeable.

Pathetic service
I bought my wife a 18c white gold wedding ring around April 2013. After proposing to my wife I need to get the ring re sized which I did not mind. A week after getting the ring back my wife noticed that a diamond had fallen off. We then took the ring back to be repaired. 3 weeks later my wife collected the ring and did some shopping at the mall and noticed that the very same diamond had come fallen off yet again. Once again the ring was gone in for repairs for another 3 weeks. We are so tired of this ring now as I have replaced these diamonds on this ring at least 5 times at my own cost. This ring is still in for repairs for over 3 months now. NWJ head office even had the audacity to tell us that the ring cannot be fixed as it is not their product. I don't have the slip anymore but I did take the valuation certificate back to the store as proof that the ring was bought from them. We are now so sick and tired of NWJ and my wife does not want this ring anymore as it has been more in for repairs than actually on her finger. NWJ has managed to change a happy occasion into a dreaded nightmare for us. We will never buy or recommend anyone to buy anything from NWJ.
