Service going down over the past years

After being a client of Pool Doctor in Blouberg for over 12 years with 2 properties/pools we had to experience that unfortunately quality and professionalism went down. One timer was faulty and had to be replaced some months ago, resulting in some fault in the distribution board at the pool pump. It took many visits to sort it out, the last timer that was installed did not work correctly either. We got charged for rectifying the issue (should have been warranty after this particular timer was in for about one month). Invoice is paid, but we will use some different supplier for all needs of the 2 pools from now on and see if there is better service available.
