Worse assessors

Lodged a insurance claim pool doctor was appointed to assess. Few photos and walk around my pool paving and his report is poor construction. This was the second time these people rejected my claim. They are ****** declining claims and claiming call out fee. Will never use or buy any products from them. Standard bank should remove pool doctor from there panel. Pool doctor does not have the clients best interest at hand. Worse assessors ever.
