Poor return policy and customer service

I Will not return. Customer service is non existent. BEWARE on fine print in store. All returns are -15%, they don't guarantee that electrical equipment will work when you buy it and they don't take any returns. They also don't take returns on electrical equipment even if you did not use it (same day return). my pool light did not fit (did not even install or attempt), just held in my hand and saw I had the wrong light. The staff cannot test the light (they don't know how to use their own equipment and simply threw their hands up in the air). Staff mentioned that me returning my item (pool light) for a smaller model is a "me" problem and I would have to buy another. Also they did not test it before I took it so they have no guarantee that it ever worked, even though they could not test it when I wanted to return it. WHAT A JOKE. I wondered how this shop survives when I stepped in there the first time (as there is a lot of competition with much more to offer)...well now I know...they won't make it.
