Unfair labour practice and victimisation

Popcru always claim to be for its members which is not the case, in 2021 march I was called to come to popcru offices in Durban, when I arrived there I was told that due to non performance as committee we are dismissed or relieved from our duties, this was done without following due course. When local leaders asked question the then chairperson of the province Jeff Dladla said loud and clear that even though local reps denied the fact that we were not working but they "provincial leadership" don't need us. We wrote a letter to national office which there was no response until today. I write this review now noting that victimisation continues as I have been removed from all groups of the Union and further to that I was not invited to local congres. So I view this as pour victimisation and abuse of power by provincial leadership. I need answers of all matters above for advancing fair labour practice.
