In November 2023 I took contract with mtn which was R399 per month, I only got to pay such amount for only 2 months after that I founded myself paying 439 per month, I tried to go to mtn Galleria but did not get any help but instructed to call mtn head office which I get no joy because I got to be pushed from 1 person to the other until call hang up. I need my money back.
In October 2023 I go warded my 2 two complains about game and cash cruseders to my legal insurance by the name of Legal Hero a person called me to inform me that she will be representing me, few months later another person called again to inform me that he is the one now who is going to represent me, once again nothing happened until I went to game and negotiate a deal with the store manager myself, now I have a third person who called and ask me to sign forms that I already signed until todate nothing progressive happened I am paying for nothing to this company as this is a third time me asking for help all with fail. In two months this matter will finish a year with no progress.
In April 2024 I registered an investment of R1000 a month for 5 years, I was told by the rap that it will start deducting end of June 2024 yes indeed R1000 was deducted come end of July deduction was R1100, I called my rap which he proved to me to have sent a quiry to finance, August showed the same deduction, last week Wednesday I canceled the policy I was told that money will be paid within 5 days until today "2024-08-28" I haven't received my money nor a call explaining the difficulties.
On 7 July 2023 I returned a Ryobi generator RG 2700 that I bought on 25 February 2023 due to the fact that starter was broken and the chock, I was told that issue will be resolved within 21 days which was fine with me. After seeing that days were going by with no one informing me of any progress, I went to the shop to found out what was happening, after a very long wait I was told by a lady called Jabu that there is a quotation on my item which she wasn't sure how much promised that someone will call me to clarify. No one called me until 16 August 2023 when an unprofessional guy by the name of Sboh called, I made it clear that due to length of time I have since suffered in such an extent that I have bought myself other generator so I no longer in need for that one, which he said he is going to speak to his manager. A guy by the name of Lucal called today on 24 August 2023 and he said the shop is not liable for any costs and further acknowledges the fact that the shop is at fault for not contacting me in due course yet insisted that shop is not liable for inconvenience coursed. I need the shop to be liable for delays and pay such damages to their supplier since I have no contract with their supplier but they are or refund me.
I had a wife who happened to be late and was working at saps, there is money that is supposed to be for a coffin or paid to a person person or company that did service. I was asked to send all required documents which I did. Later on I recieved a call stating that since I also work for saps I can't be paid unless I get someone who is going to claim such money. To me that is a strategic ***** since I have to lie and say such person did the serves and it doesn't make sense as a member can claim other benefits moreover it opens up room for *******ion as it simply means that anyone can put anyone's bank details if documents can be signe and invoice have other person's name yet paying the other. Worse no much communication regarding this issue.
Popcru always claim to be for its members which is not the case, in 2021 march I was called to come to popcru offices in Durban, when I arrived there I was told that due to non performance as committee we are dismissed or relieved from our duties, this was done without following due course. When local leaders asked question the then chairperson of the province Jeff Dladla said loud and clear that even though local reps denied the fact that we were not working but they "provincial leadership" don't need us. We wrote a letter to national office which there was no response until today. I write this review now noting that victimisation continues as I have been removed from all groups of the Union and further to that I was not invited to local congres. So I view this as pour victimisation and abuse of power by provincial leadership. I need answers of all matters above for advancing fair labour practice. Lindani Ntaka
Last year I went to polmed offices after number of communications with different medical service providers that was claiming that they haven't been paid by polmed when they contact my medical aid, polmed is claiming to have paid money to my account, which is not true, after few weeks of investigation by polmed they called me and informed me that I should disregard any calls that say I owe them money as they have contacted everyone who was claiming not to have been paid. On 15 February 2022 I received email informing me that polmed is intending to suspend my services which I responded with an email. They promised me to investigate what was happening only to found an email informing me that my services has been suspended while I'm still waiting for them to respond to my queries. I need polmed to answer to my queries and reinstate my membership or we go to court as I feel aggrieved.
Isiphingo home affairs need to change either management or staff, on Monday 2022-02-21 I went to that branch to make a death certificate for my late mother and the queue was not long at all as we were less den 30, however I left the branch after only 8 went in for more then 3 hours. Due to slow pace of work by members I then realized that there was no way I'm going get assisted on the day I left. I came back early in the morning on the next day 2022-02-22 only to found that situation was the same as I was 12th on the but took me more then two hours just to get on where I suppose to sit on other hours. I noticed that funeral pullours people does not join the queue
I would like to recommend Nedbank for fair treatment that portray in handling their customers as they paid back monies that I paid extra to my credit card. I say big up
On 21/10/30 I paid for my ds account yet today my service was canceled, my wife sent them a proof of payment yet until now no service available. I went to the branch at Durban central and had to wait for more than an hour until I left without getting help. We tried to ask for the manager so to address us as for the reason for such an extra ordinary delay but no one attended us until I left.
