Top Class Service again from Porsche Centre Johannesburg

I would really like to thank Nosi in the Service Department as my convertible roof was giving me issues so I took the car in. She was extremely good at providing feedback to me and is one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Not only did they fix the roof they also found an error with the parking break and repaired that too. While testing the car they found that oil was leaking from my PDK Gearbox which is a very costly repair. My Motorplan expires in a week's time so they ordered the parts for the gearbox from Germany and then will fix it when they arrive. I cannot thank them enough for expecting my car so well when I just took it in for the roof and they found the oil leak. Even though they will only get the parts in 3 weeks time and it can take a number of days to fix it, since they found it while my car is still on Motorplan I will not have to pay for any of the costs for fixing the gearbox.
