Terrible experience Portalia
My son found 2 hairs on pizza. Cheese was attached to hair. Reported it to owner. They replaced pizza. My 11yr old took first hair and disguared it below table. When he found a second he informed us. We asked him to retrieve hair with cheese attached to it below table. He did so. We returned to restaurant as they do serve good food and ambiance was good. Owner (Sam) called me aside and accussed my son of planting a hair on pizza. We asked our son to retrieve second hair and addressed with management. Sam told me my family is never ever welcome. Embarrassed my family and left children unsettled. Unacceptable. Was also very aggressive in his tone and threatened police. Is this how we treat patrons???

From the runs to the sprints
I have previously enjoyed Portalia Pizzeria & Deli, but had a recent bad experience, I went for the Lasagna, something I had enjoyed before and woke up early hours of the following morning, running, no sprinting for the throne, I have since lost almost a kg, which is not bad, but not how I wanted to get ready for summer. I suppose Imodium is my next call to settle things down and stop being a frequent flier. Electrolytes be my friend got to stay positive.

Absolutely brilliant Pizzeria
Absolutely brilliant pizzeria! Staff are always very friendly, professional and kind. The business often provides extras to clients at no extra charge - such as delicious brownies, and so on. Definitely the best pizza place in Cape Town, with delicious pizzas, pastas and deli items. Thank you for supporting your local area, and for providing such great food and service to Table View. #SupportLocal
