Postbank pathetic service
***** happened in my uncle's Postbank account on the 19th December 2025, money to an amount of R4 800 was withdrawn at FNB Durban while the card was in my uncle's possession in Joburg.
My uncle is 82 years old and that was his Sassa pension money ******. A query was sent to Postbank on the 08th January 2026 for investigation and for them to psyback since they are the custodian. Again on the 15th January 2026 a follow-up email was sent but to date Postbank has never bothered responding to any messages sent to them. I suspect Postbank is used to robbing people like that, for the fact that they are keeping quite despite the query and theu don't have respect for their customers.☹️☹️

If you only telling me now that my query has been escalated to the relevant department, where was this relevant department all this time you're keeping quite. It's so boring to get a service after being pushed to do your job, especially where customer service is concerned.

08 Mar 2026, 17:55I'm writing this message with so much disappointed that since the day complained and wrote to HelloPeter, Postbank said my query is escalated to the relevant department and to date ihaven't heard anything frim them, no one has bothered even responding ti my e-mails.
It proves that Postbank don't give a damn about their customers, all they care aboit is their money.
I am going to take this further to the ombudsmen because it seens Postbank is used to taking from the poor.
