You are genuinely guessing, or assuming, & your knowledge about me is most definitely not a fact that you have.
How your company works is sincerely not rocket-science, its like a candy store.
And YES , you are not "reliable" as you say, but liable after receipt of the parcel till it was handed to which ever courier company.
Fact remains, it was damaged after being handed in at your depot.
If I chose to make use of a courier company directly, we would have, & hence the report against your Postnet depot & not against Aramex or whoever. Who you choose to use is at your expense & your responsibility. Need I remind you of that ?
Postnet takes 100% responsibility the moment the parcel was received. Which part do you not understand ?
Explain to me how am I suppose to help you "with your parcel ?" It was only in your care.

You will never get to the bottom of your own problem whilst arguing with your clients. Go do your homework at your own depot, it's poorly managed by you, not me.
As a customer I have the right to complain & voice it, even the CPAct entitles consumers/clients to do so.
That's how the real world works.....welcome.
For once I agree with you, you should find out how it happened & solve the problem from there. Do not pick an arguement with your customer who should be a happy client rather than an angry client.
And by the way, the broken container is my problem caused by you.
And NO, its not a route I am taking, but you keep arguing the responsibility fact, thus by doing so trying to "wash your underwear" in public.

I do not have to contact you on any social forms (?) as you refer to. Hellopeter is a Social media platform where complaints can be aired by upset, angry, disgruntled customers & hopefully viewed by owners/managers/custodians of businesses to improve service delivery instead of arguing a baseless fight from your point of view which makes no sense what so ever.
And NO, our discussion has not reached an impasse, you are the cause of the impasse & I have stated the facts.
Damage was done, I had aired my dissapointment with your depot & I rest my case.
