Rip-off
Postnet Stoneridge- My dad passed away and I needed death certificate. ID, etc scanned. There were approximately 20 pages. I was told it will be R25 a page!!!! You can imagine my total disgust! And I kept asking her are you sure. Yes. When i questioned how it could go from under R5 to R25 a page and her reply “things have gone up”. I have supported your branch since it opened years ago but you can forget of ever getting another cent from my hard eared money. DHL Green Valley, you will have my future support

Postnet Edenvale overcharges
I visited Postnet Edenvale on 03 January 2023 to send my British passport renewal documents to the UK. I was charged R650 for DHL courier. A friend went to Postnet Meadowdale last week for the same thing, and was charged R585. I returned to Edenvale branch to ask about the discrepancy, and Dean assured me that each branch was allowed to charge what they liked! I phoned Postnet Edenglen today and was told the charge is R585 and it is regulated through all branches. I have registered my complaint about Postnet Edenvale with the Postnet Head Office.

Bad service crooks working there
I am very digusted in post net in edenvale victoria lane I sent a package from them to pe that weighed 9kg . The guy charged me R600 When it got to me in port elizabeth i asked the lady why it was so expensive to send It down . She could not tell me why they charged so much but id tell me that i was supposed to pay R179 for 9kg that almost 4x the correct price . You guys are crooks and i will be basting this all over . Also will contact the Ombudsman

The guy charged me R600 When it got to me in port elizabeth i asked the lady why it was so expensive to send It down . She could not tell me why they charged so much but id tell me that i was supposed to pay R179 for 9kg that almost 4x the correct price . You guys are crooks and i will be basting this all over . Also will contact the Ombudsman

BAD PARCEL HANDLING POOR SERVICE
My Parcel arrived in KZN yesterday. After I opened it, I found the bubble wrap & the plastic container used by the sender to have been damaged. The parcel consisted of a very sturdy plastic container with some loose items in it. It is & was totally impossible for the content to have caused the damage, as one could clearly see the damage was caused by hard blows to the parcel & bits of the broken box was found inside the box. The parcel was properly bubble wrapped by sender but clearly damaged on the wrap itself on 2 corners. The parcel envelope had fragile stickers on it. The content was not worth thousands nor the box, hence no insurance was taken out on the parcel. Courier Guy had always served me well, but in this instance they EDENVALE really messed up this parcel's condition. I cannot commend this Branch at All. You suck.
