Pay more attention to your customers and just be honest
They have been debiting my account for months without my consent, approval, receiving any service from them for this debit. I have sent umpteen messages to find out what it was for and proof of me requesting this service. To date I am still waiting for a reply, or a message regarding this. They have now stopped debiting my account but no explanations on why and for what. Where fid they get my banking details? Multi choice???

Rip-off
Postnet Stoneridge- My dad passed away and I needed death certificate. ID, etc scanned. There were approximately 20 pages. I was told it will be R25 a page!!!! You can imagine my total disgust! And I kept asking her are you sure. Yes. When i questioned how it could go from under R5 to R25 a page and her reply “things have gone up”. I have supported your branch since it opened years ago but you can forget of ever getting another cent from my hard eared money. DHL Green Valley, you will have my future support

Fantastic Service
We only joined Road Assist a few months ago. It just so happened that my vehicle's license needed to be renewed a month and a half after joining them. We were put in contact with Josephine, from Road Protect She was amazing and I had my license in my hands under a week of requesting it. The entire proses was problem free and handled so efficiently. Thank you Josephine for your amazing service

I ordered parts in Dec and paid fir on 20th. I made sure they had stock on “this country” before I paid. Had not revived my items or a communication on when I can expect it. Called them last week to find out if they are still in the country as I haven’t received my (paid for) items. The promised it’s on its way and will be delivered to me by Thursday or latest Friday last week. Still nothing Sometimes it’s really not worth buying “name brand” goods if their after sales service is non existent.
