Rude staff

Lady answered the phone. I asked her a simple question. She said she doesn’t understand despite me asking four times. Speaking plainly and clearly and without any attitude, she sighs and mutters and talks over me and repeats what I’m saying without simply answering me. Then. She hangs up on me …. Still has not answered my question mind you …. Absolutely rude and ***********. PostNet is far too overpriced to have such poor service in addition.
