Postnet poor service and package damaged

I sent some bottles items up to Jhb from Durban on overnight delivery. The box was drenched when received in Jhb bottles broken. They were so well secured and wrapped to ensure they would not break and with plenty of fragile and do not stack stickers.

They box was clearly dropped or thrown down to quiet this breakage. When I contacted Postnet Midrand the woman didn't even have the decency to say the box was saturated and just gave it to my husband like that. I refuse to pay this and demand a refund.

I have pictures to prove the damages. If the box was handled as the stickers specified the goods would not have been damaged.

I want this responded to urgently and resolved
