I sent some bottles items up to Jhb from Durban on overnight delivery. The box was drenched when received in Jhb bottles broken. They were so well secured and wrapped to ensure they would not break and with plenty of fragile and do not stack stickers. They box was clearly dropped or thrown down to quiet this breakage. When I contacted Postnet Midrand the woman didn't even have the decency to say the box was saturated and just gave it to my husband like that. I refuse to pay this and demand a refund. I have pictures to prove the damages. If the box was handled as the stickers specified the goods would not have been damaged. I want this responded to urgently and resolved Thank you
Disgusting service and Gold diggers. I cancelled my contract with this company last year because for three months, I had paid and every month they cut my service. B******* now I get listed and my name dragged through every credit bureau. WHY ?? I DON'T OWE YOU PEOPLE ANYTHING. I asked the call center to put me through to manager, I got told they don't have manager. The call gets thrown down on me. I have been battling for months now. They just keep raising the bill for what to make fast money out of people that's all. I want this resolved or I am going to thr Devi show. When I mentioned this to the arrogant woman at the call center she asked me must she Google Devi's number for and threw the phone down in my ear. Is this how Telkom treats people. Not to mention I also previously had an account with Telkom that was paid religiously and closed and I never had all this **** until this current account. You pay and Telkom cuts your service and makes your life a hell. I urge people PLEASE do not use Telkom they are a poor terrible money making business. Terrible service from a horrible company

I cancelled my Telkom account last year August 2025. I paid every month and every month the idiots cut my service payment and all. I sent numerous complaints and emails about this account. When I closed it the account was on a 0 balance and now I get threats of hand overs and listings on my credit l. Telkom confirmed they excepted the closure so why am I being listed. I have had non stop **** with Telkom and paid every month. See below correspondence all payments made they told me I was up to date. They handed me over to nudebt the proof is attached they CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AT NUDEBT BECAUSE PAYMENT WAS RECEIVED L. Now I Sommer get an account for R1500 what nonsense is this I want this sorted out can someone please assist Thank you Mrs Tolmay 0836802553 Proof can be sent This is nonsense I have never missed any account payments and Telkom is stuffing up my name because of there incompetence
I AM SICK OF THIS BLADY COMPANY AND THERE THREATS. TELKOM HANDED ME TO THEM WITH A FULLY PAID ACCOUNT THE DAY AFTER I CANCELLED THE CONTRACT. FOR THREE MONTHS I HAD PAID TELKOM AND FOR THREE MONTHS THEY BLADY CUT MY SERVICES. I WENT TO HELLO PETER, SENT PROOF OF PAYMENTS NUMEROUS TIMES. STILL NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS NOW I GET THREATENED ON A BLADY DAILY BASIS AFTER I TOLD NUDEBT, I AM BUSY WITH EXAMS AND WILL SEND THEM THR PROOF OF PAYMENTS AS SOOS AS POSSIBLE. EVERYDAY THREATS THESE PEOPLE ARE RIDICULOUS REALLY NOTHING BETTER TO DO. I GET HANDED OVER WITH A FULLY PAID ACCOUNT AND DAILY THREATS ON TOP OF THAT. THE BEST OF ALL I PAID OCTOBER IN FULL ON THE 03/10 CANCELLED THE TELKOM SERVICE ON THE 04/10 BECAUSE I GOT TIRED OF PAYING MONTH AFTER MONTH AND STILL HAD NO SERVICE AND GOT HANDED TO NUDEBT ON THE 05/10. TELKOM SCORES AS USUAL. SOMEONE NEEDS TO REPORT NUDEBT TO THE CREDIT BUREAU.
Bad service to Pensioners and suspension of service. Account paid up. Vodacom had been informed numerous times of mt Dad's service and that he only has one WiFi currently running. Vodacom sent a courier to collect the frogfoot modem as they can not use it in Capetown in there area. These people are pensioners that only have so much money and wanted a small WiFi package to spoil themselves and this is the disgusting treatment they receive their service gets cut, and they are paid up to date. They have been to Vodacom numerous times spoken to a lady that has actually called the head office and supp**** proof that they only have 1 WiFi running. This is really disgusting use your common sense how does someone run 2 wi-fi's in the same house. For all pensioners. 2nd month now. NO REASON LINE SUSPENDED AND ACCOUNT IS PAID. WHAT THE HELL IS THIS ****. I HAVE HAD IT WITH THIS NEW SERVICE I HAVE HAD FOR 2 MONTHS. CAN SOMEONE ASSIST AND SORT THIS OUT. I AM MISSING IMPORTANT ONLINE STUDY WORK FOR F*** S*** PLEASE 😡😡😡😡🤬
I am so sick of Telkom. I get am invoice on the online mobile app to pay R328.00 which I paid. Last night preparing to write an online test for my LLB I can't get access. I call this morning to be told oh SORRY did the person that did the application not tell you there is an additional R70 for the 1st month for new accounts. I said NO or I would have paid it. On top of this no statements. They don't even have the correct email I put in my application so I DON'T GET STATEMENTS. Now I get told the line lift will take 24-48 hours after the R70 is paid. Remember I have already paid the amount TELKOM TOLD ME TO PAY. I have another online test tonight and the line can't be opened. BULL**** I AM SO ****ED OFF. Really not right of Telkom. I have emailed a staff member multiple times with ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE.
Dozens of calls, e-mails, WhatsApps and more I tried downgrading the product as it was unnecessary me being alone. I was told on installation I would have to pay a whole lot extra for extra line to be layed for a downgrade. After so many issues I sent a email to the necessary person and WhatsApp as extra backup. I requested for the service to be cancelled on the 19 May 2025. After numerous WhatsApp sent out again to follow up the cancellation I got no response from either the WhatsApp line or email. Almost 3 weeks later I get a email advising I must cancel it on line. I refuse to make another payment these people know how to make money off of customers. I sent numerous WhatsApps to the woman that always deals with my queries WHY DID SHE NOT RESPOND 3 WEEKS AGO TO DAY GO ONLINE AND CANCEL THE SERVICE. I WANT THIS RECTIFIED AND CANCELLED LIKE I REQUESTED FOR THE 31/05/2025. THESE PEOPLE DIDN'T BOTHER RESPONDING TO MY CANCELLATION REQUEST A SIMPLE RESPONSE WOULD HAVE BEEN ACCEPTABLE
Telkom again I am so sick of this company. They cancel service for no reason. I was told by a staff member she can't assist me last week because she has a family issue when I was trying to find out about my new device. Today she sends me a WhatsApp they are coming to collect my device since I declined. I was also told by Julie not to make payment as they were installing the downgrade when this was done they will cancel my current line. NOW WHAT THEY GOING TO SUSPEND ME BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY BLADY DOING AGAIN. 3RD TIME ROUND THE SAME PROBLEM WITH TELKOM.
