On the 28/12/2025 I asked my neighbour to ship a vehicle licence disc from Postnet Sunward Lifestyle Centre to Groblersdal in Limpopo since there was a delay with my renewal delivery prior to my holiday departure. He did that and sent me a receipt/ Tax invoice. As per their shipment promise, it takes about 2-3 working days plus additional day for low lying areas.
On the 2/01/2026 I then made a turn at the destination centre since there was no update to track progress, but was surprised to learn that there's no trace of my parcel and that I should contact the initiator. I did that via phone call without anyone picking up even on the 3/01/2026. I then requested my neighbour to go back to Sunward Lifestyle Centre to make a follow up on the 3/01/2026. He enquired but was told there was no trace of the parcel, that they do not know what happened. He then helped then search until they found it with a batch of unshipped parcels. He requested for a refund and was rejected.
A question is, what did I pay for since there was no service rendered at all from Postnet Sunward Lifestyle Centre?? What a pathetic outlet that I regret having used.
