On the 28/12/2025 I asked my neighbour to ship a vehicle licence disc from Postnet Sunward Lifestyle Centre to Groblersdal in Limpopo since there was a delay with my renewal delivery prior to my holiday departure. He did that and sent me a receipt/ Tax invoice. As per their shipment promise, it takes about 2-3 working days plus additional day for low lying areas. On the 2/01/2026 I then made a turn at the destination centre since there was no update to track progress, but was surprised to learn that there's no trace of my parcel and that I should contact the initiator. I did that via phone call without anyone picking up even on the 3/01/2026. I then requested my neighbour to go back to Sunward Lifestyle Centre to make a follow up on the 3/01/2026. He enquired but was told there was no trace of the parcel, that they do not know what happened. He then helped then search until they found it with a batch of unshipped parcels. He requested for a refund and was rejected. A question is, what did I pay for since there was no service rendered at all from Postnet Sunward Lifestyle Centre?? What a pathetic outlet that I regret having used.
I seldom write a review this positive about anyone, since am a hard man to please. However, I came across this online shop "my runway" as referred to by a colleague and it has exceeded my expectations. Bravo, bravo and bravo to your service delivery and affordable products. You rock 😊😉😎🙌👌✔!!
I joined this pathetic Gym Company for my wife on the 06/04/2021 and took up a 3 years contract up to 26/05/2024. I honored all payments monthly until the last day, to my surprise they kept on debiting afterwards. We enquired and were told that we needed to write a cancelation email of which we did, still they keep on debiting. When I reverse/ block with my bank app the next month they do it again. I am sick and tired of this as it affects my credit score negatively as well as increasing my banking fees drastically so. I am now taking this matter to my lawyers. My advise to others will be to avoid signing contracts with Gym Company. If there was a score below 1 star I was going to definitely rate that.
I cannot stream channels on my phone on the package I am PAYING for, only 5 lousy channels are available. I called in on the 26th July 2024 wherein 2 consultants took me through the same exercise of logging in/out without success, even though I told the other we had done that already. After wasting my precious airtime of about R100, I was told my problem is escalated and I should expect a call or a resolved issue soon, nothing happened. I called again 10 days later to another useless consultant who took me through the same process but I told him to go to hell after two attempts. Here's your reference number whose details were never escalated as promised: 105645391. I think I am done with DSTV, I should save this money for better things since there's nothing good out of DSTV
My order took about 6 days to arrive which is not bad at all for a courier anew to me. I would like for you guys to improve on the update on the progress of shipment and only then will I give you 5 stars rating.
