Power Measurement changed their service provider and now we unable to purchase prepaid water and they have no warning and have no solution my family is left without water I spent 4 hours waiting for them to send 100 litres. It's 5 hours later and now they keep on cutting my call my children and myy wife and I are left without water and we need to wash and have water to go to school. And they have still no answer to fixing the problem. We unable to get our basic right of having water.
