Bad product and false advertising claims to have 16k puff vape but doesn't last and favour is weak. Other 9k puff vapes last for double the amount of time. Their customer service they have a site where you can contact them and they just ignore your concerns about the product not even an acknowledgement.
They give you all the vouchers but it's never available to redeem. And you end up always not being able to use the vouchers. I have been trying for longer than a month and there is never availability but you are able to book without the vouchers doesn't make sense at all.
Power Measurement changed their service provider and now we unable to purchase prepaid water and they have no warning and have no solution my family is left without water I spent 4 hours waiting for them to send 100 litres. It's 5 hours later and now they keep on cutting my call my children and myy wife and I are left without water and we need to wash and have water to go to school. And they have still no answer to fixing the problem. We unable to get our basic right of having water.
The driver is blocking the entrance to our complex. And when asked to move he laughs and is more irritate that he needs to carry the things he is moving. No regard for the other people in the complex. Terrible ambassador for his company. I tried getting hold of the company without any success.

We drove through today on the 1st of July for 5 hours from Cape Town and we booked two weeks ago. The hotel never let us know there was water problems, and now we staying at the hotel not being able to wash or flush the toilet. And we had no warning. When i took up with the night manager she got upset and said it isn't there problem and when i told her why didn't they warn us before hand so we could make arrangements she got upset and said she only came on late and didn't know. But when i told her about the message she said she will get all the facts and get back to me but never did. I then also brought to attention that a staff member came into our room while we sleeping. She said she will find out but with no apology. If we knew about the water problem we wouldn't have taken the risk to drive for 5 hours not being able to wash or have a toilet that we used and not being able to flush. What an terrible experience and still to be treated like we did something wrong and all the hotel was willing to do is give two bottles of water, a liter of water. And told we didn't know you were staying here that's why we didn't tell you about the water issue.
waiting on delivery for three days and the drivers say they make delivery and they are never there. They also say they will call before they make delivery and never do. And their customer service never get back. I spent three days at home waiting for delivery.
I have been waiting three days for delivery and they say they will call back and they never do. Terrible after sale and customer service. I spent two days waiting at home waiting for a call for delivery from the courier.
