Power Measurement changed their service provider and now we unable to purchase prepaid water and they have no warning and have no solution my family is left without water I spent 4 hours waiting for them to send 100 litres. It's 5 hours later and now they keep on cutting my call my children and myy wife and I are left without water and we need to wash and have water to go to school. And they have still no answer to fixing the problem. We unable to get our basic right of having water.

My electricity meter unit was giving problems, I called the service center and they said I should pay upfront the entire invoice before they send a technician out. I had to call multiple times to get the email with the invoice, because they got my email address twice! I had to follow up, no customer care at all. This is absolutely ridiculous that the owner has to pay for a faulty meter which is power measurement's product.

The worst service ever. I purchased electricity for an old meter number by mistake and I was told to go back wherever I used to stay and try to sell the token to them. This is really not a good way to treat customers. I then asked what happens to these funds which are already in their accounts but telling clients they cant reissue correct tokens, the response was just sad.

Thank you for the quick response by the upper management which they listened to my queries and tried to find a resolution I am so glad that such kind of people in a company do still exist and I await still for further good feedback from Marietjie Launde

This company first of all is non proficient and professional from their head to their technical side. They deal with bribery and if you don’t have the money you are in trouble they will treat you like **** one of them is the so called head of accounts Jenny V which she will claim that it’s for helping a client but putting her in a tight corner we all have our faults which we never ran from and actually honored them by all means and ways we could however because like I said if you don’t have the bribe money you are in trouble. You can’t call a person then tell them you want what you want however you are saying it’s an arrangement how is that one when you also hang up and take your own decisions and then say we have arranged something. And there is surely a senior person above her but she refused to put us through because she knows will expose her fraudulent behavior there at work with her technicians. Marietjie Launder Director (Finance) Please intervene as this is getting out of control

Hi I've had a bad experience with power measurement in George.1of their employees who happens to be be a person of interest 2years ago wanted to returned a favour because he was arrested where I was involved, and used his work power to render bad service to me as well as causing me a great deal of inconvenience.He was acting completely unprofessional and came short of friendly service.I'm deeply disappointed and dissatisfied about this.
