Had an amazing claims experience and Okuhle was the handler. She kept me updated on the progress. Kudos to her.
I put in a claim for a mobile device through TFG and within 2 days it was approved. This is my 2nd claim in 8 months and really impressed with the efficiency.
I had a claim post losing my gadgets at the gym. The claims specialists handled the matter with *fair* urgency and matter was resolved. Claims card was issued few hours after claim was finalised.
On the 30th of October 2021 I flew to Johannesburg from Cape Town International using Lift Airlines for the first time. Upon arriving at OR Tambo, I realised the bag i had checked in was opened and I quickly checked, only to realise a watch (timepiece) was missing. I didn't want to quickly conclude it was taken by one of the handlers of luggage. Upon return in Cape Town and carefully looking, I realised the watch was missing. I then wrote a review to the airline on the 8th of November 2021. Until today i have not received any curtesy call from anyone or even an email. it is really a disappointment.
The worst service ever. I purchased electricity for an old meter number by mistake and I was told to go back wherever I used to stay and try to sell the token to them. This is really not a good way to treat customers. I then asked what happens to these funds which are already in their accounts but telling clients they cant reissue correct tokens, the response was just sad.
These guys know their business very well..The agents are always helpful.
