So my previous 2 reviews got taken down because this mentioned individual contacted hello Peter crying about defamation of character. So I’ve done my homework and have come back to put up my review again that does not break the”community guidelines” I also have messages from her threatening me if I do not take my review down. Avoid Working with Marandaah from RAWSON properties My experience with Marandaah as a letting agent has been extremely disappointing. She has demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service. I have documented evidence, including screenshots and voice recordings, of her using unprofessional language and handling matters in an unacceptable manner. She and the landlord I dealt with are attempting to withhold my deposit for damages that were present before my tenancy. There was no proper incoming inspection report to compare against the outgoing report, yet they are insisting that I cover the costs of pre-existing damages. This is not only ********* but also a clear attempt to take advantage of tenants. Throughout the process, MARANDAHH failed to fulfill her responsibilities as an agent and became defensive when confronted about her mistakes. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, she resorted to sending unprofessional messages, including one stating, “It’s your word against mine.” If you are considering working with her, I strongly advise taking extensive photos and keeping thorough records, as she does not appear to conduct proper inspections or act in good faith. If anyone would like further details or evidence, I am happy to provide them. I would give her zero stars if possible. Proceed with caution.

Marinda Hinzelman is an absolute disgrace to the property industry. This good for nothing “letting agent” accepts no responsibilities and holds ZERO customer care expertise. I have screenshots and voice notes of this women swearing and carrying on like low class piece of trash. If one person reads this and decides to not work with her I am pleased. I wouldn’t want anyone to go through what I have due to her incompetence. I have screen shots and recordings of everything. Between her and the landlord I was dealing with they are trying ti **** me out of my deposit for things I did not damage. (No ongoing report to compare against outgoing report and now her and her **** buddy I was renting from are trying get me to fix things in that house I did not break and things that were broken before I moved in.) She did not do her job properly and is now trying to pin damages on a property that were there before me on my account. What a joke, be careful when dealing with this excuse of an agent. She will go for drinks on a Friday afternoon at Eden in the bay then send you voice notes swearing when you are unhappy with how she is treating you and when you call her out for doing her job wrong. Oh and one last thing… when you call her out on her nonsense she will just send you a message like I got saying “ITS YOUR WORD AGAINST MINE” Please get in touch with me I will send you all the proof of communications from beginning to end. Then will also jump on the bandwagon about how she has done nothing but try to help. what a joke. I give her a massive 1 star!! She will try and **** you out of your deposit so just make sure you do her job and take your own photos before you move in.

I had a lease agreement with Rawson Milnerton. They got me tenants that refused to move out when the lease expired. They even refused to pay the rent for 5 months now. Rawson said I must get my own lawyer at my own expense to evict them.

I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a place to stay because once you have signed the contract they no longer care. Ever since we moved in 1 March 2020, we have been experiencing countless problems with electricity that is controlled by the main house it switches off most of the time causing disruptions as working from home and that was not even stipulated in our contract and not been fixed until now. When we report the issue Tracy tells us we must speak with the landlord we have never spoken with before and don't even know how to contact. After six months in this place for the first time we were sent a bill for municipal rates that are not explained and not on the agreement. It's so draining dealing with this company as they make our living hell

I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a place to stay because once you have signed the contract they no longer care. Ever since we moved in 1 March 2020, we have been experiencing countless problems with electricity that is controlled by the main house it switches off most of the time causing disruptions as working from home and that was not even stipulated in our contract and not been fixed until now. When we report the issue Tracy tells us we must speak with the landlord we have never spoken with before and don't even know how to contact. After six months in this place for the first time we were sent a bill for municipal rates that are not explained and not on the agreement. Rawson Milnerton has been very unsympathetic with regards to people struggling during this very challenging time. I have been with them since 2018 renting a property and have not missed ONE payment. during Covid we have not had work and we have not received salaries. Putting us in a very vulnerable position trying to make ends mead and trying to pay whatever we possibly can. June was the first month we could not pay in Full because of work struggles, but we still paid 75% of the rent. promising to pay the balance as soon as possible. 2 days later we paid another R1800. and Yesterday paid R2500 which means we overpaid. So all in all.. the WHOLE of Junes rent and water bill was paid in full WITHIN THE MONTH OF JUNE. but still... Rawsons has the audacity to send us an sms saying we are being badly recorded with regards to the payment. This shows the character of an institution with NO regard to a family that is Trying during these times and still pay in full. frankly its pathetic to tell people your credit score will be affected when they have already explained their financial circumstances and still make a plan to pay whats owed. Rawsons has NO compassion. NO care. its just Money making. We are disgusted. Alot of us are suffering a income loss due to the state of disaster. They offer no support on your rent. Instead of looking at profiles independently and working with landlords to take some of the knock and find a mutual agreement that benefits both parties and not cripple people down the line.

I'm very disappointed by the rental flat from this company. It's been literally 20 days since we moved in but have encountered so many problems and when we want to cancel we can't because we are binded by the lease. We now sitting in the dark with no electricity, we can't shower, cook and do anything because the prepaid electricity we pay for has been switched off from the main source. The agent is not available for assistance and there's no one else to contact because it's weekend. My life has been put on hold, I can't do anything

I'm very disappointed by the rental flat from this company.
