I've been a broker for 16 years and somehow never dealt with OUTsurance—until now. I went on their super easy site, filled in the basics, clicked “call me back”… and boom, 2.7 seconds later, my phone rang. I was blown away. The consultant was an absolute gem—friendly, patient, professional, and clearly passionate about what she does. Despite me being constantly interrupted at the office, she never once sounded annoyed. On the contrary, she stayed cheerful and helpful throughout. I didn’t have all the info, but she waited with zero fuss. The quote? Affordable and activated the same day. She explained everything so clearly, and we even shared a few laughs. Honestly, if this is the OUTsurance standard, I see a fabulous long-term relationship ahead. OUTsurance, you’ve made a fan out of this old-school broker. Bravo!

Friendly, courteous and went the extra mile for his clients in trying to retain business for Momentum, in which he was successful, From 14 years experience in the short-term industry, he is definitely an asset and a pleasure to have dealt with him.

I would like to make it known, that we had an awful experience with FNB N1 city, AT FIRST, as we had to go there 3 times, because of incorrect communication, standing in a que for 45min at a time.. and just to be told to come back as the tellers gave the incorrect advices. FNB Business online, Also made several mistakes by not adding all the directors onto our New business account resulting in that WHOLE application needing to be voided and a whole new account to be registered. the reason for this review to go from a 0 Star,.. to a 5 star, is because of the BLESSING of one person at FNB N1 City CAPE Town. HERSCHEL CASTOR. after 35minutes in the que and my lunch time being over. we got to go to him, and he assisted us in REDOING EVERYTHING. from cancelling the incorrect account to opening a brand new business account with SPEED, as he could see i was boiling at this point. he was absolutely amazing! better typing skills than any person in a court even. he was Gracious, and respectful and understood the inconvenience we have now been through, and was forced to do everything OLD SCHOOL, with printing paperwork, scanning things in, photo copying, because FNB was OFFLINE again. i have been with FNB for 10 years now, and can say, when i hit bad service over and over again, its people like Hershel saving FNB clients from not moving to another bank. HERSHEL Castor, you are an absolute ASSET to FNB and a blessing to anyone getting service from you! thank you so much for the excellent service, and not just saving a client, but gaining a business!!!
Rawson Milnerton has been very unsympathetic with regards to people struggling during this very challenging time. I have been with them since 2018 renting a property and have not missed ONE payment. during Covid we have not had work and we have not received salaries. Putting us in a very vulnerable position trying to make ends mead and trying to pay whatever we possibly can. June was the first month we could not pay in Full because of work struggles, but we still paid 75% of the rent. promising to pay the balance as soon as possible. 2 days later we paid another R1800. and Yesterday paid R2500 which means we overpaid. So all in all.. the WHOLE of Junes rent and water bill was paid in full WITHIN THE MONTH OF JUNE. but still... Rawsons has the audacity to send us an sms saying we are being badly recorded with regards to the payment. This shows the character of an institution with NO regard to a family that is Trying during these times and still pay in full. frankly its pathetic to tell people your credit score will be affected when they have already explained their financial circumstances and still make a plan to pay whats owed. Rawsons has NO compassion. NO care. its just Money making. We are disgusted. Alot of us are suffering a income loss due to the state of disaster. They offer no support on your rent. Instead of looking at profiles independently and working with landlords to take some of the knock and find a mutual agreement that benefits both parties and not cripple people down the line.
