Misleading and not trustworthy
Definitely a no from me, the product may be well designed but the website is a joke, overcharged, misled, received my leaf net which is manufactured with 32 eyelets and delivered with 18 hooks and plates to install. Haven't been refunded yet Nadine Meintjies stated on 10 July refunds will be processed on the following Wednesday (16 July) it's the 21st and nothing has been paid back. Definitely ********* and not a business I would easily recommend working with.

22 Jul 2025, 09:31This response is clear that you don't check any communications, I was very clearly in writing told refunds are processed on Wednesday's the Wednesday following the 10th when I was told my refund would be processed was the 16th yet on a recorded call with my attorney Nadine indicated my refund was processed on Friday the 18th yet Roger stated it was done on the 21st which the POP confirmed so you can drop all your investigations as I don't want anything further from your company, I will buy my own hooks and plates to complete my order.
