Poor Delivery Service and Broken Promises

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Powerbuild Cosmo City (EXT-3, Opp. Jackal Creek Corner Mall, Cnr. Boundary & Slovenia St, Cosmo City, Johannesburg). I paid for building materials and was promised timely delivery, but it’s been nothing but delays and empty promises.

The team initially committed to delivering my final batch of bricks yesterday, but it didn’t arrive. When I called this morning, they promised to deliver both the bricks and plaster sand by 10 AM. Only the bricks showed up. Upon following up about the plaster sand, I was told that the truck was sent elsewhere, and no one seemed willing to take accountability.

This has caused serious delays in my project and left me feeling frustrated with their lack of professionalism and reliability. Powerbuild, please improve your delivery services and follow through on promises to customers. I expected much better service.
