Here again reporting the same company twice :( about the same issue. We purchased a TV at Game Rosebank in May 2020 and the TV has been giving us problems three times! A Technician has been assigned to us three times already and guess what we still have a problem even to this day, he would download a software and it works for sometime and then we are back to not having a TV AGAIN! So today sadly the Technician cannot visit us cause the TV is out of Warranty, I have requested for a refund when the Technician was called out for the second time but they told me he will download the software again which he did but then a couple of months after we were back to the same issue. This is really frustrating and I want nothing but a refund from Powercare!
