What a ****ed service from this messed up shop in East Rand Mall. Refusing to refund what we purchased yesterday and being rude to us as clients. NEVER DOING business with this store ever again.

RAIN AND BAD SERVICE
Rain expects me to pay my account twice, I enquired this and an Agent by the name of Mfundo said this was a glitch on their end and the funds should've been reversed back to my account. Till this day I've been waiting for this call and AGAIN my account was debited this morning. What a PATHETIC service from this company.

Messed up service!
No ways! This is really bad service, we placed an order for delivery and the store marked it as collection. We had to call and when we called they sent a driver who didn’t have data and kept calling for directions which were foreign to him. Three hours later NO DELIVER!! What a joke! So disappointed and disgusted.
