Bought a tv from Incredible Connection Sansui Smart. TV was giving issues with wifi and hardly worked was told Power care will collect to evaluate upon collecting two men asked for the box and put the tv in when putting in the guy scratched the tv noted this I called both Powercare and Incredible Connection to inform them about him scratching it when putting it in. Informed the lady from Powercare and she said they were not supposed to touch it. NO ONE told me this and female alone how was I supposed to pick up a 65inch tv. They then took the tv and have not once yet kept me updated or informed me what the problem was incredible connection did a few follow ups and told me that it needed and update. I received the tv back yesterday STILL SCRATCHED AND STILL NOT WORKING NOT ON THAT MY SOFTWARE IS NOW JVC AND NOT SANSUI this messed the tv up and now it doesnt even pick up wifi AT ALL and has totally different software and now shows JVC really disappointed in the whole brand and now the tv is even worse that what it was and has a scratch too I just want my money back I am within my warranty I do not want a broken scratched TV with JVC software. Pathetic service
