After Game N1 City getting my name and surname and not logging my repair correctly I finally get it back and then get told that Verimark fixed the motor BUT not the floor brush or replaced it, their words from the Somerset West repairs office on my repair slip says" The floor brush is defective", consider to buy a new turbo floor brush" now if it is under guarantee as IT SAYS ON THE FORM and you note the BRUSH IS DEFECTIVE why not replace the entire unit, pathetic what am I supposed to do with the vacuum if the main component does not work!!! PLEASE REPLACE THIS SO I CAN USE THE VACUUM!
Cant locate me on record for return logged for faulty vacuum, I took my vacuum which was faulty and smoking to be looked into/repaired/returned at Game n1 City after 21 days I still did not hear from them I proceeded to call and was informed there IS NO RECORD OF ME ON SYSTEM, I then went in store on Saturday 22/11 and same thing no record at all I do not have the reference number as I thought it was in the box HOWEVER surely you should have record of me coming there and logging the repair I sat there and completed all my details yet... no record of me at all. Pathetic I need my vacuum cleaner hence the REPAIR I do not want that bennet read as I said it is poorly manufactured I want a refund and I want a better vacuum seeing as that you lost my one
I registered my wachine machine for its extended warranty, it broke in February and they sent someone out to repair - he stated it was not broken despite the drum being loose and the burnt smell of wire. Last month in May same thing happened, I logged the repair again, last week thursday two guys came claiming they from hisense to repair the machine took pictures of the machine had me sign a piece of paper (not authenticating themselves properly) and said it is infact broken and they will come and take it and have it fixed, I have emailed, YOUR CONTACT CENTRE NUMBER PROVIDED DOES NOT EXIT WOW and no one has gotten back to me regarding the repairs. It is winter, the clothing is piling up, how many times must it be repaired I want this sorted asap and would like a new machine as clearly you only fix it partially to allow for the constant repairs
I deleted my previous review as I was in the wrong HOWEVER upon finding out the increase in premium was an annual increase I decided to downgrade my line speed the sales agent did that BUT FAILED TO INFORM ME I AM STARTING A NEW CONTRACT "TO IGNORE EMAILS" that stipulate this as nothing but the premium changes tell me why I am now "AWAITING ACTIVATION" OF MY NEW ACCOUNT when ALL I WANTED WAS TO PAY LESS AND DOWNGRADE MY SPEED WOW YOU GUYS ARE HONESTLY PATHETIC I NEED TO WORK THIS EVENING AND TOMORROW AND KNOWING HOW PATHETIC YOU ARE WILL ACTIVATING THE LINE IT WILL ONLY BE ACTIVE NEXT WEEK PLEASE SORT THIS OUR ASAP
Vox did not amend my premium back to the 15% vat instead debited me 15.5% when I queried this I got automated responses and to this day since 27 April no one has gotten back to me please REFUND ME MY MONEY and fix it or else I will cancel my subscription
Not at all what the pictures portray on their social media. Or atleast not what i had expected Rooms need a revamp asap lights not working in toilets jacuzzi not clean and room filled with spiders we finished two cans of room within the first hour we arrived informed management we are not comfortable to stay in the room said we could not get a refund had to spend additional funds to book in at tulbagh hotel as we were not going to sleep in that room not knowing what else was lurking in the cracks in roof windows etc. We booked the all inclusive special food was good I will admit but they did not have the items I was most excited to try such as samoosas very common item to have pre packed and frozen salmon and lamb so we spent 3 days eating the same food (not to mention being swarmed by flies the entire time whilst trying to enjoy your meal and getting two tiny candles to get rid of it was a joke the tiny mosquitos too just not a good experience we opted for breakfast in the hotel. Inclusive of the R5800 package was a couple massage on said morning we called to say we would be at back at 11 for massage whilst having lunch manager informed us that said massager had just not shown up and offered 3 other options and final offer was to get our cash back which obviously we requested. Which is also odd as she could give money back for a fault of theirs but not due to their customers not being satisfied with false advertising and conditions of the rooms. I will not be returning to this place it needs a full on makeover and should not he advertised as a hotel and spa when they do not meet the criteria of normal hotel and spa establishments. The staff were friendly and shame they did what they could to get us to atleast try to enjoy this experience
No feedback no response NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST washing machine drum broken have a warranty emailed no response tried calling no response how does one get hold of you to get help with SAID WARRANTY

**** lies and false information disclosed I called your consultant today Ervin and asked for cancellation dates on 3 of my contracts as I am paying over R1500 for 3 years he convinces me he is going to help me as a "loyal" customer by decreasing my premium on a contract ending in February 2025 and throws in a free phone WHICH I DO NOT WANT then proceeds to say it will come at no cost I will now pay R1100 at the end he then tells me I am now going to enter into a new contract for 2 years are you ***********? I want to cancel you people are pathetic you only want to take from your loyal clients and push them further into debt and longer contracts. Do not enter into a contract with Vodacom don't engage with the call centre they LIE AND WILL UPSELL YOU ON A PRODUCT TO KEEP YOU IN A CONTRACT UNTIL YOU DIE
