Powertool Repairs - BESTEST SERVICE and Prices EVER!
I placed an order online with Powertool Repairs in Cape Town and it was seriously the best service I have EVER received from any online company. They have an online "person" you can ask questions about products - with immediate replies. Within half an hour after placing my order, Annette phoned informing me that the box of one of the sale items I purchased had a box which was slightly damaged (the product was still sealed) to confirm if I would still want it. She also informed me that the sanding paper that I bought with the band sander was not the correct size and she offered me alternatives! I was completely blown away. If this was any other company, I would have received the damaged box and be disappointed and incorrect size sanding paper which I would then have had to return. To put the cherry on top - my order was delivered the very next morning and there prizes are the best around! Thank you very much for the great service - I will certainly recommend them to EVERYONE!
