Incompetent
This firm is incompetent and rude. I have been harassed by them for over 3 years regarding an estate matter which has been finalized more than 3 years ago. Despite numerous attempts to get them to stop forwarding SMS messages, they continue to do so. I would not recommend them to any one even for the most simple of tasks

No customer feedback or response
Absolute the worst customer service. I have sent more than 5 requests regarding a simple question about their Eiger coffee machine and have had absolutely no response. Would not recommend at all.

False advertising of products for sale
Takealot advertise a corner clamp at a very competitive price compared to the equivalent Kreg corner clamp, but some of the pictures used in the product description are from another product and give a false impression of the product. This is false advertising.

Quick and efficient delivery
Ordered goods from Cape Town late on Tuesday 24 August and collected and shipped by The Courier Guy and delivered to Alberton, Johannesburg midday on Thursday 26 August. Very quick and efficient.

Great service
Placed an order with Powertool Repairs on Monday for staple gun and received the goods today, Furthermore, their price was the cheapest i could find. Also got good followup from the PTR team

Customer feedback
I have asked info@eigerliving.com more that 7 times for a simple question regarding their eiger romeo series 2-cup espresso machine and have absolutely zero response. I guess their aftermarket customer service must be equally bad. Would not recommend them at all.

One of the few companies who actually get back to you promptly and follow-up with continuous feedback. Also pricing was very competitive

Poor service
Phoned Timbercity Alberton for confirmation on prices and availability and then went to the store. Stood around for a long time while staff seemed busy with their own issues (not serving customers). quality and availability did not match previous conversations. Not the first time i have been disappointed with poor service from Alberton. Will probably never go back.

Excellent and quick delivery, but response to queries very poor. Send query to Sales and get 4 or 5 read receipts, but no answer to the query
