PATHETIC SERVICE FROM PPN

This is the WORST supplier I have ever come across!!! I have been a member of Best Med for the past 20 years, and my optical claims have always been paid without any hassle, but after they have co-opted the services of PPN, my claim has not been paid!! Worst of all, I cannot seem to reach ANYBODY to just simply ask why??? Definitely NOT USER FRIENDLY!!

I am now considering changing medical aids and BestMed will lose a lifelong client, and that because of poor service received from PPN.
