This is the WORST supplier I have ever come across!!! I have been a member of Best Med for the past 20 years, and my optical claims have always been paid without any hassle, but after they have co-opted the services of PPN, my claim has not been paid!! Worst of all, I cannot seem to reach ANYBODY to just simply ask why??? Definitely NOT USER FRIENDLY!! I am now considering changing medical aids and BestMed will lose a lifelong client, and that because of poor service received from PPN.

I would like someone from management to call me personally regarding my order and not one or other automated response thanking me for my review and ensuring that it will be get looked into. It has been 3 weeks since my order was placed and I am no closer to an answer with an estimated delivery date.
I ordered a patio set on 3 June 2023 and paid on line. Delivery were advertised within 3-5 days. I have phoned EVERY DAY since the 10th (a week) later, and to today I have not received my order. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! When I phone i have to hold for hours, only for them to say the order is with the courier, but they courier says collection was cancelled by MAKRO!!
I am soooooooooooooooo disgusted in the bad service received from Telkom. I have been without internet for the last week and every time, holding on for 45minutes plus, all they tell me is that the fault has been reported and a technician has been dispatched!!! it's been longer than a week and with COVID19 and having to work from home, it is unacceptable to wait so long for a fault to be attended to. People are dependant on the internet to work from home and are losing money! PLEASE TELKO, get your act together. I have a reference number AS WELL AS a escalation reference number, and still I am waiting!
It is absolutely mind-boggling that a big company like Sun Vacation Club can’t manage to collect monthly debit orders correctly!! Every now and then I receive notification from them that my levy is in arrears and when I want to book a time slot or space bank my time, I am told that my account is locked as my levies is not paid up to date!!!! How difficult is it to collect the annual levy in 12 equal payments by way of debit order! It is not my mistake if the account is in arrears, but rather as a result of your incompetence!! Please correct this, as I want to space bank my flexi midweek as our occupancy was to start 27 April which is obviously cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Disgusting customer service to say the least!
I have a rather inactive account with Queenspark and every month they levy unnecessary amounts like CP insurance as well as a monthly service fee! WTH!! although it is very low amounts i.e. R5.00 and R27.00, they have now charged me 2x R3.19 aas well as R22.80 for a collection fee letter and a collection sms fee for the amount oustanding. My previous purchase that I did on account, was paid in full the following month! I dont know why the consumer has to be exploited for service fees and insurance which is not needed. Do they want to insure my outstanding R5.00 of the insurance premium? I hold accounts at Foschini and Truworths and wooolworths and noe of them charge a month service fee to my knowledge. I have requested them to close my account with immediate effect. Hope they are so quick to do this as they are to levy unnecessary amounts. L
