Very Disappointing Service – Not What You’d Expect from a 5-Star Hotel
I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience. They don’t respond to messages—everything is automated, and even reaching out via Facebook led to no reply. For a hotel that claims to be 5-star, this level of customer service is simply unacceptable. It honestly feels like if you’re not seen as someone of a certain status or financial class, they don’t bother with you. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
