Spoiled food

Premier delivers spoiled food to shoprite,when you buy food from the shoprite store you find it spoiled and now shoprite won't help me because they are not manufactures of food ,so now I don't now what to do my kids are suffering because of shoprite and Premier, I'm asking for help😭😭😭
