Where do I even begin. Firstly I was given false information on who they are and what they do. Secondly was cornered into signing a contract for debt review without realizing what it is. Thirdly I was cornered into accepting a mandate in the sake of being "debt free". Now I know it may sound stupi** as to how I did all that without thorough investigation, truth is that when you're in debt you're most likely to agree to anything just to be "debt free". To cut the story short after endless calls and emails for 3 months it got cancelled. How do you sign up an unemployed person for debt review? They claimed to be working together with or from the government to help people with their debts. Only after the conversation did it hit that these people are just trying to get clients for their business without having an issue as to how they do it

Nonsense and false representation of information
Hi @Premium Debt Consultant, I just got a call from one of your consultants and I told them I'm not interested in any of your products. I would like to know why I am now getting SMSes saying I have consented to a credit report check ? If this should ever come as an enquiry on my credit profile, I will be coming at you legally because your person didn't say anything about credit checks and I didn't consent to anything.

They called me saying they want to assist me to pay less for my debt, I told the lady on the call that I do not have debts. We hanged up call and the next thing a text message comes in saying “ I, Sindiswa Sindiswa, ID *****, gave consent to request my credit report on 2025-10-02. Reason: Affordability Assessment. Premium Debt Consultants 1. I never gave the lady consent to request credit report , this is ***** and it’s *******. I will report this and please remove my personal details from your system, I do not want to receive any call from your company or have your company use my personal details without my permission

They called me saying they want to assist me to pay less for my debt, I told the lady on the call that I do not have debts. Identify theft, transgression of POPIA Act
I get a call than a Sms that I agreed for them to do credit report assessment, they even had my ID number. I never did that when I can get my report from my bank.

Consolidated my debts with premium debt consultants
Thank you for the service. It was great to know. My every monthly payment can be reduced. Thank you for your assistance. This will be my 4th month, and I am saving and much greater space now. I gave it 4 stars because I'm not yet satisfied with the consultant who spoke to me first, but thank you to her manager, and I accept their apology. I will be commenting when my query today is sorted in the following month. Thank you premium debt consultants.
