I'm completely fabbagasted with the response from MTN customer care consultant Ayanda Thwala. I'm helping a friend to block a ****** phone, the phone was purchased and Ricad by him and then heet his son use the handset. Now the lady says the parent (my friend), who bought the device and registered it in his name. Cannot report the device ****** and blocked, she says she needs a permission from the child of 15 years (who is at school now) before she can assist. What nonsense is that? What is it you need from the child when you are talking to the very person who bought and registered the device and SIM. Do we now have to drive to the school after standing in queue at the police station, to get permission from a minor, then come back to the police station and stand another long queue again for something that can be done and closed right this moment. As I am writing this, we are waiting almost an hour since Ayanda Thwala said she will get her supervisor to call us back. 😡😡😡😡
Hi @Premium Debt Consultant, I just got a call from one of your consultants and I told them I'm not interested in any of your products. I would like to know why I am now getting SMSes saying I have consented to a credit report check ? If this should ever come as an enquiry on my credit profile, I will be coming at you legally because your person didn't say anything about credit checks and I didn't consent to anything.

I have been trying to reach their call center for hour and all day. The line is never answered. Another number of theirs doesn't have give you any option to resolve my problem, where are the human consultants? We can't be calling and wasting airtime to talk to automated machines which can't even help us. I am expected to pay R844 and I have no idea how it got to that, I need an explanation for this bill. @Multichoice, get a consultant to call me or else I'll ****in cancel this nonsense service of yours. Hi Intec College, I have been trying to get hold of customer support number for days. I keep getting stuck on that bad waiting line music for over 20minutes at a time. Mind you, in this whole time I am still waiting for a consultant to assist me. 20 minutes on the phone waiting to get help, this is uncalled for. Someone from your support center must give me a call because I'm not wasting anymore of my airtime to listen to your automated waiting tones. I have an enquiry that needs to be serviced but the call center is not working. I have tried several times from last week Saturday until today, the voice just says "we're experiencing technical difficulties and unable to take your call, please try again later". I have been trying again and again and again. What is the use of having a customer service number where customers do not get anyone to help them. Funny enough, I sent a please call me request on the App and miraculously someone called me to sell me a product but was not able to help with my query. He gave the same customer service number that is as useless as he was. Please have someone call me, someone who can help me because Clientèle is debuting my account without my consent.

This lady named MEGEN at Ackermans at Phumulani Mall in Tembisa was so rude and her atitude was ****. Please Ackermans, teach your staff to handle customers
