I get a call than a Sms that I agreed for them to do credit report assessment, they even had my ID number. I never did that when I can get my report from my bank.
They allow Goldstar and Y2K to debit from your FNB account, then when you want to reverse and stop debit order. They want you to go to the police, to get an affidavit before they can assist you on the app. I don't want to go to SAPS or Fnb branch to stand in the line. I use the app or phone Debit order number for that reason, so I can get problem solved quickly. Secure chat is also useless. They AI change names and ask you same question, which you tell them, same problem of *****ulent debit order on my account .

I had a contract with Telkom which expired after the our original term, they continued to bill me R99,00. One day I got a call from their agents and I told them to cancel contract. I even went to Telkom in Lakeside Mall where they confirmed contract canceled and that I cannot access my 20gig data that is left coz line is closed and contract canceled. Now they still billed me for R300 yet my contract is canceled, cellphone line no longer active and I could not use the 20gig data.
On 28 July 2020 I phoned Homechoice and ask for Settlement amount, they told me on the phone the amount, they also send me a email as well as sms that amount I should pay is R472 which includes interest for early Settlement. This amount i should pay no later that 04 August 2020. Which I did at Woolworths at lakeside mall, Benoni, till today they harras me to say I owe them money. I have placed a order at the shop in Rissik street, Johannesburg on the 6th December 2019. Got a SMS the following day which was the 7th order has been despatched. I phoned on the 17th was told order has left East London, today I phoned again told again order left East London on the 23rd December 2019. When I asked for Supervisor was placed on hold and call finally dropped after 10minutes.
