Nonsense and false representation of information

Hi @Premium Debt Consultant, I just got a call from one of your consultants and I told them I'm not interested in any of your products.

I would like to know why I am now getting SMSes saying I have consented to a credit report check ?

If this should ever come as an enquiry on my credit profile, I will be coming at you legally because your person didn't say anything about credit checks and I didn't consent to anything.
