Terrible service - Avoid them!
My experience has been extremely frustrating and concerning. Customer service is effectively non-existent. My queries were met with vague, generic, and unhelpful responses, and when I requested proper clarification, communication stopped entirely despite several follow-ups. I made multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly and received no meaningful assistance. This level of service is unacceptable, especially after payment has been made. I will be escalating this matter further. Based on my experience, I strongly caution others to avoid them and consider using a more reliable company. The conduct displayed raises serious red flags for consumers.

Non existent client service & Money lost
I ordered from Premiumsupplementsza more than a week ago, sent 2 follow up emails and they have not responded in any way. I expect I will never see my money nor the order I placed. Order from them at your own risk!!

Non-Delivery of Order and Lack of Communication
I am writing to share my experience with Premium Supplements ZA regarding my order, which I was informed was shipped on the 9th of May 2025. Despite the company stating that delivery would take seven days, I have yet to receive my package. I reached out to their WhatsApp support multiple times but received no response. I also emailed them several times, but there has been no clear update on the status or whereabouts of my order. I am very disappointed by the lack of communication and accountability from Premium Supplements ZA. It is unacceptable for a business to operate this way, especially when customers have paid in good faith and expect reliable service.

DO NOT RECOMMEND
I placed my order on 6th April, made a payment on the 6th as well and sent the POP to the info email address, still no response. On the site my order status still says my order is on hold. There is no number to contact anyone at premium supplements za in order to make an enquiry. No feedback whatsoever. If there was a backlog it would be nice to have common courtesy to communicate same. Poor service. Do not recommend. I just lost R2k from these people. Don’t waste your time. If there is any feedback, I’ll remove this review. If you can still see it, I been *******.m.e.d!!!

Frustrated and disappointed
This is the worst service ever. I placed an order on the 3rd of April and as of today the 9th of April it still shows processing.I've send countless emails with no correspondence what so ever.I had to order from another supplier now as well.I will rather pay more than praying that I will either receive the product one day or feedback.I'm just happy that I did not order more expensive products.I will also not be placing any orders for my clients through this supplier.
