Non-Delivery of Order and Lack of Communication

I am writing to share my experience with Premium Supplements ZA regarding my order, which I was informed was shipped on the 9th of May 2025. Despite the company stating that delivery would take seven days, I have yet to receive my package.

I reached out to their WhatsApp support multiple times but received no response. I also emailed them several times, but there has been no clear update on the status or whereabouts of my order.

I am very disappointed by the lack of communication and accountability from Premium Supplements ZA. It is unacceptable for a business to operate this way, especially when customers have paid in good faith and expect reliable service.
