Unethical ,allocated my purchase token to bad debt arrears of previous tenant. Wayne advised me they load their bills by 11percent?Who does this? I must pay to remove meter which isn't even mine. Unprofessional "call centre "too.

Good day. I have been struggling since monday to get answers about a pre paid meter which was installed in to my property in Pretoria. I am fed up !!!

I have 10 x Meters with Prepaid Electric and now I made a Transaction by mistake but they don't wanna reverse it even though Netvendor is willing to assist. I spoke to Christa and she is not willing to help but PrepaidElectric is the Service Provider. Prepaid24 and Netvendor were very helpful with the explanation and the process but now the Company that's suppose to reverse is not willing to assist and it is possible to reverse. I asked to speak to the Boss Wayne as this matter is urgent but I see there is no response and I have to get Electricity urgently.

Last night I paid R250 via the eft function to buy electricity using the prepaid24 service. I was stumped to find this morning that I was yet to receive the electricity tokens. I went online to the prepaid24 website to see if I could get hold of someone. I clicked on the chat function and instantly I was given assistance from their support. Vicki Malherbe was very helpful in attending to my issue. This what more of the other service providers need is an efficient support structure and trust me I have always had bad experiences when getting support from other vendors. This time I was very please in the support I received and that Fear of losing R250 due to some technical gremlin was dissolved into relief. Thank you Vicki for your time in assisting me with my query. Looking forward to using the prepaid24 service again.
