I've just experienced the worst service in the history of human kind from *Roman's Pizza Hammanskraal*. The Cashier that was helping us came from the back of the store and found us on the till and didn't greet. She looked at us my girlfriend and I like we disgust her. My girlfriend just left because she was fed up immediately and I kept on ordering because I was hungry. When she was done with us, she went back to the to back gossip about us, she didn't even hide it, she kept on looking at us. Poor service by Romans Pizza. I'm really done with that Restaurant. We submitted death documents about a month ago and Standard bank has not paid Funeral claim
I sent my car to VW for repairs & when Innovation was supposed to pay the Invoice then VW consultant phoned me that Innovation confirmed they can inlay for Waterpump & Labour R4300.00 and I must pay R3300.00 for Fanbelt, Antifreezer?? I don't understand why I should pay so much money while Im covered for SERVICE & Mechanical & breakdown problems.

Hi, I'm very dissatisfied with African Bank. Before Covid 19 my Account was at R150000.00 something the after 4 months of non payment it was at R200000.00 then I applied for Insurance to cover for Covid-19 months I didn't pay my bank. Now the Insurance paid R260000.00 and they charge me Interest of R90000.00 even though my Insurance has paid my Account .Last week on the 10th Insurance paid for 4 months I didn't pay but they didn't clear the interest they charged me .I'm not happy I feel African Bank is crooks. I explained to Consultant that July month I didn't get Full salary but still African ban debit and I requested money back. From loan of R200000.00 to R185000.00 don't see how the Insurance assisted in payment?
Its about a month now that im busy with the Consultant in Complaints Dept Nontando Foloti but im not getting the service at all from this Bank. Please help me get the money that was supposed to be paid into my account on the 1st Week of August as confirmed by Nontando then it was postponed after numerous phone calls to the Call center as its not allowed to go through to Complaints? Only they can call you back, apparently the delay is in the IT DEPT? THEY SAY THE it dept is suppose to sort out my matter, which still to this day i cant understand how is that possible as the Finance Dept is suppose to work on that. Now i feel they are giving me bad service and im fed up with this bad service. Anyone who respond to this query must come with answers as im tired of waiting and waiting??
African Bank Complaints Dept not finalizing my query and the worst part is when i call the Customer care they cannot put me through to them ?? Only they can call me back, what service is that? The lady from Complaints Dept phoned me on the 03/08/2019 it as on a Saturday that they will transfer my Advance R12000.00 till now im still waiting. And when i call the Bank, they keep telling me someone will call me, its really frustrating as i dont know how to plan now. I was told
I have a loan with African Bank and i phoned them to request that i cant afford to pay the extra installment im paying, can we take it back to the initial agreement. I was paying R6700.00 then requested that i pay extra so i can finish my loan quicker but due to Financial constraints lately its difficult. Now African Bank refused they say they can only minimize my installment for 3 x months then get back the outstanding money and pay the high installment again. Now i am really confused as i know my financial situation but they are forcing me to skip the payment so they can black list me??? Account Number : 4000030999262 / Residual Account Number : 4000054247783. FNB Debt Collectors & Barrett & Associates are not transparent with my Fathers Debt. My father is a Pensioner and as his children we are trying to help him to clear of his Debt with Fnb but we were referred to Barrettt .Now this Debt Collectors every time we ask for a Statement, they just reply with an amount, there is no Statement which clearly states all amount and how they got there. Today they replied with "Make a payment of R10600.00 in 3 days, they say its a Compromised settlement. I want a Statement so when we pay in 3 days as they advised we don't get a surprise that we its not complete or just stories ? We need transparency as consumers as we feel we are in the dark with this account ? When we call the land line its just rings and no answer
Took a long and and im paying extra but they still say my loan will be finished after 72 Months . The Interest amount is higher than last year even though im paying extra. Hello Peter, please get me a Settlement amount from this Bank, Im tired of being ripped Off .
