@webafrica what **** service: I logged a query with webafrica to do a fiber line move. I was informed that this action is actually a line cancellation. I was billed for the old and new fiber line. I called on the 3rd march after I was billed, now they removed the but have not refunded my account. Querying with webafrica since then, I was first told that it will take 10 days after which I followed up with webafrica, they now tell be that it will take 21 days after I have followed up after the 10days. Realy **** service.
Last night I paid R250 via the eft function to buy electricity using the prepaid24 service. I was stumped to find this morning that I was yet to receive the electricity tokens. I went online to the prepaid24 website to see if I could get hold of someone. I clicked on the chat function and instantly I was given assistance from their support. Vicki Malherbe was very helpful in attending to my issue. This what more of the other service providers need is an efficient support structure and trust me I have always had bad experiences when getting support from other vendors. This time I was very please in the support I received and that Fear of losing R250 due to some technical gremlin was dissolved into relief. Thank you Vicki for your time in assisting me with my query. Looking forward to using the prepaid24 service again.
