I had a problem last week as my tenant purchased a voucher and as soon as she loaded it the electricity when off. Last night the same situsation again. my new tenant purchased a voucher as nd again when he loaded it the meter swich off. I had a look at my account and saw that he did purchase for the corect meter. I called several times last night but the issue was not resoved. I phoned out about R80 of airtime. This is extremely embasiing as it a new tenant. The operator told my tenant to take a video of him punching in the numbers. Nobody got back to me and he is sitting in the dark.
