irrespective of your power usage ie. stove, geyser or wheter you are 1 or 10 people in a unit power by prepaidmeters, they will tak off anything between 17-30 unts daily. Their troublingshooting is always to their benefit never yours, they do not care or hear your issues. They have a call out of +-700 to be paid before they bother to check your unit, I have been using a gas stove for months now , no difference made to usage, its hot showers are with cooler water no difference made. I spent an entire weekend alone not cooking, same consupmtion reading. I will report them to Consumer council again.
