I bought and paid for my account online, they sent me a blank token email. Their online support is not assisting at all yet they say they’re available until 22:00 every day

We note that the order created was for payment toward your EA account and not for the purchase of an electricity token. As discussed with one of our consultants, we are unfortunately unable to reverse the transaction or convert the payment into an electricity purchase.
