I bought and paid for my account online, they sent me a blank token email. Their online support is not assisting at all yet they say they’re available until 22:00 every day
I have a store account that has been *****ulently used twice in less than 3 months . And the forensic call centre agents are not helpful. Now I’m at the police station and they’re refusing to give me documents required for me to open a case
I’m very dissatisfied about the service received today. I sent my vehicle for the second time for service this week when the dealer submits the claim motorvaps is not responding. I even submitted the claim myself still no assistance. I was kept on hold for over an hour and still not getting any assistance. This is unacceptable. They don’t even respond to the emails
I booked my vehicle for service, it stayed at the dealership from 06:00am only when I called if I could collect the vehicle at 16:30pm I was told that the service has not been done yet because they couldn’t get hold of the service plan company. I was not informed during the day, I had to call them and ask.
